Austin Elevator Consultants was established by Charles Herrera in 1998. He has over 40 years’ experience in the elevator trade. Austin Elevator is a non-union and family owned and operated business. Our Main office is located in Kyle TX and our satellite office is located in Austin. Over the past 10 years we have been servicing surrounding cities of Texas from San Antonio, Laredo, Victoria, Amarillo, Waco, Fairfield and Dumas.

Because we are a non-union company, we have the freedom to offer prices to our customers that are competitive and realistic without short changing the quality of service. As a family owned and operated company, you can be sure that we value our customers’ needs and preferences in their service, so you will never feel pressured to sign long binding contract or keep up with union wages.

We specialize in all elevators, industrial, commercial and residential. We have successfully installed repaired, modernized and maintained elevators on high rise and low rise commercial and industrial complexes. Our technicians are trained in all the mechanical, electrical and safety aspects of all types of equipment and are kept up to date with the latest technology and state code requirements through classes and training offered by AEC.

We pride ourselves in our business, our jobs are clean and if we see a problem we do our best to fix it before the elevator goes down. Our maintenance tickets and repairs are all entered into a virtual paperless system where we can chart each elevator on every job so we can focus on problematic situations and reduce elevator down time. Our technicians and elevators are on a grading system closely monitored by AEC supervisors.

We focus on success by offering great elevator service and integrity. We want to be sure that our customers have direct contact with any of the owners or supervisors when they need. You will never be put on hold or transferred to another department. You will have your elevator needs or concerns addressed immediately when you call.
